We are in-network providers with:

• Premera/Lifewise

• Regence

• First Choice/Kaiser PPO

• For all other insurance providers, we are out of network providers but can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Cost of services:

• Individual therapy session rate: $205

• Private Pay: $205*

  • *A Private Pay discount is available if paid at time of service.

• Group therapy session rate (not billed to insurance): $50 per person per group session

• Cost of evaluation/re-evaluation services with full diagnostic report: $405
